The Exchange Offer of upto 50% off is available for our existing customers who have purchased AUORY jewelry previously from our website. The price will be calculated for the product at the date of billing and not at the date of return.( original purchase date)

The customer is eligible for a 50% exchange offer on the following conditions:

- If the product is intact and it’s original condition, or similar quality.

- The product is not damaged physically i.e breakage and tarnishing.

The customer will be eligible for a 35% exchange offer on the following conditions:

- If the product is damaged, broken, tarnished yet it maintains all it’s originality i.e the stones and all parts of the metal. (All elements of the jewelry must be returned even if broken).

Upon inspection and evaluation from our team of experts, the customer will duly be notified as to how much % offer will be applicable on the particular product. The customer will bear the shipping cost for the same. This offer is subject to change as per the policy provided on the site at the time of availing.
